I would aim in this direction. This has a more appropriate motherboard, better storage, cooling and PSU. I suggest looking at monitors elsewhere and for 1440p 144Hz not 27“ 1080p. The 3070 is way over the top for 1080p and a 3060Ti will manage 1440p well. You should be able to get a 1440p monitor for £250-£300ish. I am not good on cases, so someone else would need to advise you on this.

Solid build from @Steveyg above. With a gaming use, I think I'd personally go 5600X 3070 instead of 5800X 3060TI as currently gaming doesn't really utilise anything above 6 cores. The Lian Li Lancool II is a perfectly acceptable case if its your favourite, I've gone for the 4000D as it's a fantastic, well reviewed high airflow case, it's also one of my favourites. With the 5600X you can also save on the motherboard and CPU cooler so have done.
For monitors, in total agreement with Stevey here too. Our current 1440p 144hz picks are the Gigabyte M27Q, Dell S2721DGF and ASUS TUF VG27AQ so plenty of choice!
