Aslong as your exspectations are that to get a better gaming experience in future you will need to get a dedicated graphics card just need to make that clear !!!! But this system is way better then your original ! And allows.you to upgrade in future

If you do want to upgrade the graphics card in future do not lower the power supply on checkout itll recommend this to you to save money but you will need that psu to easily add a graphics card in future otherwise you will have to buy another power supply your more then welcome your workmates really helped you out there !!!!! In future when you come to upgrade the graphics card feel free to ask for advice again !!!!

Yes, that's just letting you know that in it's current configuration, you don't need the extra room on the PSU.

But you're not configuring it with the current power requirements in mind, you want to allow for upgrades in the future, so you can just disregard that message, it's not relevant.

Having a higher rated PSU does no harm, it doesn't affect what power is being used by the system, only what maximum power the system is able to draw. In fact, it's good practice to overspec the PSU within reason as it has to work less hard and leads to better stability and lower noise, better airflow in the case.

If you have an extra £100 you can throw at the build then a better CPU cooler would be recommended. One of the Corsair AIO's would be a great addition

Something like this, the 8 core 5700g will offer just barely an improvement over the 5600x. I think a better CPU cooler for the 5600x would be a much better path to take.
