Ok thank you..It's absolutely normal, it's an electrical component, so there will be buzzing at very low volumes as the air escapes capacitors when it's cooling / heating up.
You are doing yourself no favours, you're looking for problems and causing some as a result. Just sit back and enjoy your computer.
Please bare in mind Spyder I hear this when the PC is turned off but the PSU is switched on!
For future reference, what are the signs in general that the PSU needs to be replaced? If the noise gets louder? sonically speaking.
