It was the only motherboard that was available within 3 days to be honest that was the main reason behind it, could you advise the best spec to go for please?
Might be good if you restate what you'll be using the PC for, what is your budget, etc. You've given us a moving target between the start of this thread and now. Also, what monitor will you be using and what is its specs?

If you're set on AM5, this is a build for £2500:

Case
COOLERMASTER MASTERBOX TD500 MESH ARGB GAMING CASE - Decent airflow case, can take 360mm AIO top mounted
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X Six Core CPU (4.7GHz-5.3GHz/38MB CACHE/AM5) - More then enough for gaming, only look for higher spec CPU if you were considering content creation. For 1440 gaming, the GPU will be the bottleneck
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI (DDR5, PCIe 5.0) - RGB Ready! - Decent mid tier motherboard, but again with your planned usage a B650E or B650 board would be more than adequate, and bring price down
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 5600MHz (2 x 16GB) - Went with the fastest available from PCS, without RGB
Graphics Card
8GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3070 - HDMI, DP, LHR - Good 1440 GPU
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB SEAGATE FIRECUDA 530 GEN 4 PCIe NVMe (up to 7300MB/R, 6000MB/W) - Fast SSD for OS, and longer term you could look to get a Gen 5 SSD
1st M.2 SSD Drive
2TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 3300MB/W) - Larger but slower SSD for game and data storage
Power Supply
CORSAIR 850W RMe SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET - Higher wattage PSU to support CPU and potential GPU expansion, although you might consider 1000W as well
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX RGB Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler - 360mm to maximise cooling, given AM5 will go to 95C under load

Godlike
That is a lot worse than what has been specced for you.
Case: not great for airflow
CPU: WAYYYY overkill for gaming, you’re massively overspending here. This is not a gaming CPU, the 7600X is ample
RAM: You want the fastest RAM possible, with AMD stating 6000mhz is their sweet spot for Zen 4. Go with 5600mhz here as it’s the fastest PCS offer.
GPU: The 3080 is overkill for 1440p. Go for the 3060ti or 3070.
Storage: Only 1TB of storage will fill up quickly, and you want to keep your primary drive with windows on half empty as it starts to slow down when it gets fuller than that.
Cooling: the H100i is a little small for these new CPUs, going for the H115i or H150i is going to be the norm for Ryzen 7000.

The spec above by @IRLRobinS is much better. The only adjustment I would make from it is to drop the Norton trial as even the trial version can slow down your system.

Thank you for letting me know I think I will get this amended in that case..Is the system recommended able to provide some content creation if I wanted to do that in the future also? Just curious?

Thank you.
