FedEx being weird

As a pointless update there is still no news and it is still "pending".
I did get some conformation that it was "economy" rather then "priority" shipping, and that "economy shipping" appears to be being held back so that there is space for "priority shipping" at Stansted.
Needless to say this is the firstand last time I ever agree to have somthing shipped by FedEx.
Hopefully I get it undamaged in early January then at this stage, as I need to for modelling work in my home office.

I'm extremely pleased you got it... I just can't believe it arrived in a Taxi, that's nuts!!! :ROFLMAO:

Waited the whole day for the delivery as the tracking page said it'd be delivered today, but nope.
But I got an email from Fedex saying "We are currently working hard to move these goods out of our hub.
Contingency plans are in place to minimise service delays and we are monitoring the situation closely. We will resume our regular service schedule as soon as the circumstances allow but unfortunately at present, we cannot provide an ETA."

At this time of year every logistics company pulls in contractors. Taxis are quiet (people are not socialising as much as normal) so a number of them have switched to parcel delivery. I once saw a taxi/party bus/FedEx in operation :ROFLMAO:
