Mate that is absolutely horrific. I am sorry you still haven't received your PC!PCSpecialist have opened an enquiry with Fedex, I tired of ringing them and getting no where.
I got told it's getting scanned it will be out tomorrow more than once. Then I was told it was handed to TNT on the 28th, here is there number please ring them. They have no record of it. 4 times I've been disconnected while I was put on hold. Its the first time I've had Fedex as a delivery company and it is easily the most amateur looking of them all.
Not only did the computer miss the Christmas delivery,it missed the 2021 delivery and it's still dragging on.
Shipped the same day as my own and my friends. For context I ordered mine 8 weeks and 1 days ago.I’m just going to leave this here….

FedEx have got back to me and advised that the parcel isn't missing however the local depot are still processing a backlog of orders and have informed me that they will continue to monitor this and provide me with any updates.
I can only apologise for the inconvenience and delays but assure you that we will continue to feedback to FedEx and chase for continued updates. Please do let me know if you receive any information from them directly.

We have raised a thread in the Admins section highlighting this Fedex thread and others just to make them aware of the general issues people are having as it really is poor.

This is pretty much the same for me... No updated scans since the 30th....Currently this is where I am with no scans since Dec. 30th

I actually rang today after another week of no delivery to see if I could cancel the order but I can't until either I have it,PCS have it or Fedex declare it lost so stuck in catch 22.

Agreed, one of the high end audio companies whose forum I frequent based in the States uses Fedex for internal deliveries, and they're having exactly the same issue over there. Fedex just aren't very good.No worries it gave me a chuckle when I set it.
It seems fedex at the minute are slammed worldwide. Talk to some fastway and dpd lads they're busy yes but not anything like fedex.
I would actually take this as a good sign at this stage. I was exactly at the same point. Scanned in Dublin depot on December, 30th and then nothing. Then two more scans on the January 10th and 11th, both the exact same location and description (at local FedEx facility, Dublin) and it arrived today. as in the delivery driver had literally left it on your front doorstep!Just came home from work and it was sitting at my front door.
Doesn't look to be any damage to the case etc, box wasn't sealed.
Installing Windows now and I'll update then.
