Please, can people stop reading one person's comments about a duff part, or less than great experience and blowing it out of all proportion. No company will have a 100% success rate, just not in this real world we live in. Judge things on the 95% positive comments on here and elsewhere and judge that.

You just picked the right time to make me indecisive once again.

Things like this will always happen to someone no matter where you get your PC from, electronics do fail, and unfortunately someone always suffers, but as gavcor was saying the PCS guys have been doing everything they can to help, just sometimes people seem to get a run of back luck :(

I just cancelled my Alienware M17x R3 order and was going to place an order here. That's after spending hours haggling for a 25% discount for the Alienware. You just picked the right time to make me indecisive once again. :(

So you're saying you've had replacements and your laptop is still not working, and it's been over a month like this?

Its a PC but what i was trying to get at is it doesnt matter where you get your PC from on occasions you will always have a bad part of even batch of parts shipped out from manufacturers its not PCS fault they received these parts as i said it may have been shipped to Dell or any other PC builder. PCS carry out testing but until a machine is used daily for extend periods you can never really identify if a certain part is causing issues. My point on this was not to get at PCS it was a point that no matter where you get your machine from time to time you may get a bad part in it. Its like a anything else ive sent DVD players back after about 2 weeks because somethings failed. I didnt intend the post to knock PCS i was just saying that issues arise with faulty hardware all the time i was unlucky enough to be one of these people this isnt saying you will have any issues with your order.

The guys have been really helpful when ever ive spoke with them. Matt has taken over the PC checked loads of minidumps im confident well get the issue resolved the PC is functioning just getting intermittent freezes and occasional BSOD's.

I could have paid 60.00 more to get a same spec PC elsewhere, but what PCS offer that anyone else can't is there aftercare support and amazing community. That is priceless!! I had a few niggling issues with my PC, but nothing this forum or a quick phone call couldn't sort out! Would happily pay more for that sort of guarantee!
