i installed it and reinstalled from nvidia website.Ok, that all looks really healthy as well, I'm fairly convinced it's not hardware at this point, one thing we'll check later if we don't have any luck is the SSD, but we'll try a couple of other things first.
Where did you get geforce experience from? Is it the windows app, or did you install from nvidia website?

Once you've uninstalled the nvidia drivers, reboot and then download the latest drivers from here:
NVIDIA - Download Drivers
Download English (UK) drivers for NVIDIA hardware (geforce, quadro, tesla, nforce)www.nvidia.co.uk
Install, reboot then try a game again.
Make sure DLSS and Ray Tracing are turned off, then put the rest on medium for now just to test.
