Bought a new HDD from PCS to add to my existing PCS PC. Turns out the SATA power cable doesn't have enough connectors to power it. Called PCS, and after a preliminary examination they sent me two of those cables for free (free shipping as well, and I even offered to pay for the cables). After all the cabling and what-not, I couldn't figure out how to initialize and partition it properly so called PCS again. The tech support rep, whose name I wouldn't mention (but if he reads this he'd know who I am), took 3 minutes to remote-access my PC and get the job done. That guy deserves a Gold medal and salary raise! Thank you PCS and everyone who works for them. You guys are the true PC specialists!
