Have you attempted to overclock the CPU or anything? It's performance isn't great. I'm not sure if that is in turn affecting your GPU performance but it's very poor as well.
There's definitely something very off with how your system is running IMO. Have you installed any configuration software or anything at all in relation to performance, drivers or anything else of that ilk? Have you set any power plans or anything?
In short, your system is massively under performing.

One minor thing. It looks like XMP hasn't been enabled on your system. You're running the default RAM speed of 4800Mhz.
After the BIOS update, you need to go in and make some adjustments to configure the RAM speed properly. Namely switching on XMP/EXPO profile 1 and selecting 6000Mhz.

Uhhh i think ive set my nvidia settings to max preformance but other than that ive not touched anything i think.. Theres an asus program that came pre installed that is like nvidia experience but for cpu i think? Not really looked at it too much but im not sure if thats doing anything to the cpu in the background?
Other than that i don't think ive done anything, ive had this preformance issue since the day I got the pc.
Oops! I didn't know that setting came off after a bios updatw, thank you i will reset it to expo. Should i run these again after doing that or will it make little difference?

It will make a bit of an improvement but the fact that your CPU is so limited it won't make that much of a difference.
it's up to yourself how you want to tackle this but there are a few things worth a go.
Run the Armory Crate uninstall tool. You want to be as far away from this as possible:
Reboot as required
Install the chipset drivers:
Reboot as required
Install the GPU drivers, ensure to select "Clean Installation" when going through the options:
Reboot as required
Check for Updates in the System settings (Click start or In the search bar type Updates). Ensure ALL updates are installed. Click advanced, then click optional. Install all of these as well.
Reboot as required
Check to see if the power plan is correct. Type "Choose a power plan" into search or start button to ensure that performance is selected. There's more to try here but lets leave it here for now.
Rerun firestrike & timespy.
If this doesn't yield any better results then I would attempt a full install of windows from scratch. You need a USB pen drive to carry this step out. Can cross this bridge if we get here though.

ok so ive done the crean gpu install and chipset and uninstalled crete, i have tried both chip and gpu installs prior but they could have been corrupted? idk. anyway, results look much better, still under average but better.

Would armory cause all of this diffrence? it seems so wildy diff in the score!
Im really hoping i dont have to do a windows reinstall, ended up bricking the last pc i tried to do that with lmao, fixed it after a few days but till lol

Turn off the nvidia optimisation is disabled in NVidia GeForce Experience as well in the top right in settings

Yes, it very agressively limits performance, it's anything but optimisation, it's there to make you think you need a new GPU years before you actually do.seems to be off

That looks miles better. Put the RAM back in, go into the BIOS and switch on EXPO (Profile I, set frequency to 6000). Save & exit.

Been playing ok for a few days, timespy score has gone down a few points but seems mostly ok! but last night i was playing and pc just turned off, looked in logs said shutdown due to bug, now i turn on pc today and it beeps once and shut down again.
Third time turn on now seems ok but its a bit scary!

when it failed this evening - event 41 The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
I have restarted a few times since and using pc as normal but im worried itll happen again

Sorry i have gone back over and see there is 2 errors before this afternoons boot fail.
event 29 -Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4.
event 6008 - The previous system shutdown at 00:46:54 on 22/07/2023 was unexpected.
nothing else for the day, think that 00:46:54 when i shutdown for the night
event 0 The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

This is a GPU driver crash.
Have you done a DDU uninstall and reinstall of the nvidia driver?

oh dear, yeah i have had issues with nvidia experance with the graphic updates, i have to use the websites version since experance crashes on install.
What is DDU?
