Is there a manual for my model that will explain best way to get to the battery. I have tried getting the bottom off and I don't want to damage the laptop.
Good afternoon

My specs are as follows;

Sorry I have not got back sooner. Ok so this problem still exists. The workaround is that I have to uninstall the Realtek(R) Audio driver, reboot, reinstall and it works. Royal pain the the rear though, and not something one should have to do. :(
No nothing. I have used my phone headphones and nothing on them either.
so it has to be either a hardware issue or software issue, but I am at loss at to what.... very frustrating.
Hello
I have been using my headset on my laptop with no issues. However after not using them for a couple of weeks, today I simply cannot get sound out of them. They work fine on everything else, but when plugged in to the laptop, no sound what so ever.
I have tried everything I possibly can...
Is this still an issue. I'm getting the same that if I reset my fingerprint it works, then after reboot, it no longer works. I have disabled fastboot but that hasn't fixed it.
Hello
I am looking to splash out on a new gaming laptop.
