My PC is now awaiting dispatch. Its been a wild 68 days, but I'm almost there!

Mine has gone into building today! 67 Working days (had a 3080 that I removed 2 weeks ago)

No thats not how theyre doing allocation. Because CPU's are so high in demand, theyre doing them if another item is in stock. Basically unless both the CPU and GPU were in stock, you were passed over for someone who could get their pc fully built now.

For those worried: Most of us in the 60+ days had graphics cards in our builds that were causing massive delays. We've since removed them, but as of right now there has been a week and a half without any new 5900x. Its just that we're waiting for the next shipment. I imagine most of you won't...

Probably is. I removed my 3080. Since then they've had stock issues with 5900x

Day 64 for me. I removed my GPU a couple weeks ago.

I actually removed my GPU (I'd order the PC at 2:05pm the day the CPU came out, which came out at 2pm), and am currently just waiting for my CPU. I'm really hoping I go into build soon

It does, but in my eyes its scummy that this was done to get higher priority than people waiting until the part was available to order.

People built their orders in october, put a 'dont ship before' date on it and amended to the 5900x when it was available.

Been told I should be in the next batch they build!

Just got my hands on a 3080 founders edition from elsewhere, just waiting on PCS with the CPU and power supply now!

Yeah I've swapped to the 1000w I think it might hold up my build though...

I've had to remove the 3080 Strix from my build, I'll try and get myself a Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC, a TUF OC or an FE. I've had all 3 in checkout before and decided to wait, but if the shortage is gonna carry on I think I'll bite the bullet.
