It’s going in for an RMA I am hopeful they can sort my laptop out, just Hope they have a plan for the fact the lid been unable to close lol

Phoned them today sent more pictures to jack so fingers crossed it’s something silly and I can rest easy I let you know the outcome, spoke to my partner I only need the laptop to last 3-5 more months and I am probably going to buy a new one hopefully the repair is not going to do too much damage

well the original one you tried was for telefonica, in the UK it is "o2" sadly in my area i get a much better signal with vodafone
the huawei me 936 lists vodafone as an approved carrier so i can't see any issues with that module, unless windows 10 decides not to offer driver support.
