I'm wondering if there is anything wrong with the PSC test windows that is installed on the PC? I read @ubuysa reply stating in some post it's buggy. I got my PC with that.
I'd been holding off on the monitor purchase. It seems new monitors are launching soon.

I got the UGreen DP cable based on your advice. I had to connect the PC and the laptop to 1 monitor (with DP and HDMI) as the 2nd monitor purchase is postponed. The build quality is amazing and it comes with a release button.

I had a chat with Belkin support and they recommended this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00OE45MVK/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1
I looked at some of recommended and they cannot be shipped to me.

Which should I go for?
Thank you for all your feedbacks. I think if you buy it from GOG you can return it. I have not tried their return policy but they had advised it over Steam. I'm still not convinced to buy it for the price tag now.
I looked around for surge protectors even the reputed brands on Amazon seem to cause a short circuit and/ blow up. I was advised it would be better to add your PC to the insurance cover if your building or house comes with good earthing and protection.
