Okay so what I want to do is to change my GPU but I don’t want to pay the full whack again to get another GPU, does PCS offer some sort of “Pay the difference” for a new card and then send the previous one back to them?
Damn it I've got it in slot 3, not slot 1...opposite end. Didn't think this would make a difference with lighting if it's only one fan connected. Will get it switched over on my 11pm break lmao thanks
I'm so bloody stupid
@SpyderTracks Will you have any idea? Power box thing has connected to a SATA cable to the PSU, and then the fan connects to the box. Fan is spinning, just not getting any lighting from it
Alright I’ve plugged in my new fan on the back, put it into the power thing for it at the bottom. How do I get the RGB lights to light up as there’s nothing else I need to plug in?
Remote for controls are working as when I press a button it lights up on the remote, but does nothing to the fan...
Just gone with this instead then, only cheap but I want pretty colours

Hm, understandable 🤔 So I'm assuming I can't just buy a singular RGB fan that I can connect to the motherboard and have working like the fan I have in now?
Thanks for that, just to clarify I can plug it in and the RGB will work, but I just can't control the lighting/speeds, or will the lighting not work at all?
Hello...again :)
Just gone and impulse bought a new RGB fan to swap out for my non-RGB black fan on the rear. Will this fan fit fine in terms of being able to connect it and have RGB working?

Case...
The past two PC's I've received in the past month have arrived with Windows 10 Pro installed but no key, I've just reinstalled Windows so I can reactivate my licence :) Just change the boot to USB and install another copy of Windows onto the drive you want, and then you can just delete the old...
I've gone with 32GB, it might be overkill but I've just done it simply for future proofing (and for the new flight simulator ;) ). Most people would recommend 16GB but I'm looking to carry the 32GB onto my next build after this one in many years to come. I'm in your boat, two monitors (60Hz 4K...
I've got the RGB ones, they look good but remember that you'd be looking at your screen, not the PC all the time ;) Smack some RGB LED strips in there and you'll be fine!
I'd definitely go for the 3000MHz if you can get the 115i then, 3000MHz compared to 3200MHz would be not noticeable, and a better cooler which is...better!
If you're upgrading to the new 3000 cards don't you think it would be a good idea to get something a little less expensive on the GPU side so you've got more money for an upgrade when they come out? :) Looks good though!
In that case I'd recommend going for one monitor at the moment and put all into your build - without a good build you're not going to be able to stream and play decent games if your budget goes on monitors
