If the HDMI cable works. Could it be the display port on the monitor or GPU?

I haven’t yet. Currently doing it now.

Update - Changed cables but issue still occurs after an hour or 3 hours. It varies, I have a new monitor to try coming tomorrow so I’ll update here when I have further info. Thanks again all for the help.

When reinstalling windows. It asks to download and install windows, or install windows from device. I chose the device option
