I don't know about stock either. But I agree, I probably shouldn't have mentioned 3090 at all. Just see some people switching from 3080 to 3090. The 3090 is a very expensive GPU and a price difference vs 3080 is not really worth the extra performance, except if it's for some extreme professional...

If taking my build as an example as @sck451 is very similar, I'd probably change a few things making a mix of both. But firstly a question: do you like, don't like RGB lights or it doesn't matter? That would dictate a PC case, fans a CPU cooler.

The first questions I'd be interesting to know is when you'd be upgrading a monitor to 1440p? If within a year, I'd pick a 1440p GPU straight away as there's no point in paying twice. What particular software you'd be using for a light graphic design? And the most important to the end :)...

Monitors here a bit outdated, but it's not an obligation to buy it from here. Best to get a PC from PCS and a monitor from somewhere else.

You may get lucky and if PCS gets a large delivery, you may go in to build quick enough... Just follow the 3080 thread ;)

I would very strongly stay away from this particular monitor IIYAMA G-MASTER GB2760QSU-B1 27" as it has a TN panel! I would only look to IPS or VA. Better look for a monitor somewhere else. Eg., Amazon.de, Amazon.es or even co.uk or any other places in the UK, ROI or EU. My above recommended G5...

The situations is changing weekly. If we ignore the one which are out of stock, the longest I think is 3080 or 3090. 3060Ti is currently out of stock, 3060 is not bad, but may get worse. 3070 substituting 3060Ti currently.

Take a standard paste because your cooler comes with a very good preapplied paste. If you choose extreme, PC builder would take off the preapplied paste and distribute the extreme one themselves. I'd upgrade a CPU cooler to H115i, because 5800X processors are hot, but it depends on a PC case you'll decide to choose. I also wouldn't use Chrome if I were you.
