Yep, I think this is a much better option than my above with 5600X as for an updated (increased) budget 5800X is a better performance CPU. I'd just think maybe H115i would be better as runs hot, H110i is a minimum for it. It's of course absolutely fine, but I'm always very cautious with...
I like a PC case @sck451 has recommended more than I have put in my specs, but I've done it for a reason: COOLERMASTER MASTERBOX TD500 has already 3 prebuilt front intake fans while the 4000D has only 1 intake in front and 1 exhaust in the back. Both aren't ideal. And that's just because a PC...
I don't know about stock either. But I agree, I probably shouldn't have mentioned 3090 at all. Just see some people switching from 3080 to 3090. The 3090 is a very expensive GPU and a price difference vs 3080 is not really worth the extra performance, except if it's for some extreme professional...
If taking my build as an example as @sck451 is very similar, I'd probably change a few things making a mix of both.
But firstly a question: do you like, don't like RGB lights or it doesn't matter? That would dictate a PC case, fans a CPU cooler.
The first questions I'd be interesting to know is when you'd be upgrading a monitor to 1440p? If within a year, I'd pick a 1440p GPU straight away as there's no point in paying twice.
What particular software you'd be using for a light graphic design?
And the most important to the end :)...

I would very strongly stay away from this particular monitor IIYAMA G-MASTER GB2760QSU-B1 27" as it has a TN panel! I would only look to IPS or VA.
Better look for a monitor somewhere else. Eg., Amazon.de, Amazon.es or even co.uk or any other places in the UK, ROI or EU.
My above recommended G5...
The situations is changing weekly. If we ignore the one which are out of stock, the longest I think is 3080 or 3090. 3060Ti is currently out of stock, 3060 is not bad, but may get worse. 3070 substituting 3060Ti currently.
Don't know what country you're from. I've picked Ireland due to Euro you're mentioning there, but you can change it (that would also change VAT and the total price too).

There's a dedicated thread for 3080. Also, some people got is quick (another thread), but probably got lucky maybe due to a big delivery PCS got that time.

Take a standard paste because your cooler comes with a very good preapplied paste. If you choose extreme, PC builder would take off the preapplied paste and distribute the extreme one themselves. Preapplied option is better: saves money and also guarantees paste applied by manufacturer standards...
Specs looking good, but now it's time to imagine how it will look. 5000D airflow has two prebuilt non-RGB case fans: one in front for intake and one in back exhaust. GPU heat will naturally go up, CPU heat will be distributed with H115i Capellix being in top roof which has 2 RGB fans. Those two...
The best is the biggest possible PC case with most holes 😂 That would be Corsair 5000D Airflow or 5000X with RGB fans (but 5000X has less holes). There're a few other great cases: 680X and Corsair Obsidian 500D SE...
It depends on where you'll keep it (floor or on desk), how much space you...
I'd upgrade a CPU cooler to H115i, because 5800X processors are hot, but it depends on a PC case you'll decide to choose. I also wouldn't use Chrome if I were you.
