How can I find out why my PC randomly slows down and then I can't do anything on it?

No the film wasn't downloading. It was already downloaded from a USB stick Download speed varies, usually around 36Mb. I'll be downloading the update over night with nothing else running

@AgentCooper Thanks for the images for the direction of air, but I already knew that from looking at the arrows on the fans. I don't understand because when I received the PC, the fans weren't pushing the air out? So I turned them around and they're working just fine now. You've all confused...

You're a little late in replying to this. I sorted it out straight away. The fans were installed the wrong way round. I corrected them

You're correct. It's in the M.2 fan header.

The 4 fans are in the top left repeater. The Corsair fans (for the CPU) are in the other

Might be plugged into the U32G2_C11 on the motherboard, but not 100% sure
