Now you say that, hear me out here, if you look at your image without the markings, but bear in mind the ears where the red dots are with the face directly right of them in a white inking.
It looks like the rabbit guy from Donnie Darko!!!
Yeah, but that won't do it on a custom chassis, you can't get by and get the performance available on the system by not knowing this stuff.
You're going to struggle with any custom system unless you're willing to upskill, there's no point sugarcoating that. If you're unwilling to learn, then...
For some clarity, the system @chrroc308 posted is already over 4 years old, so it's halfway through it's available lifespan. So would only last about 4 years before it needed replacing.
So any performance laptop needs to be serviced once a year, this means taking the internals apart, removing heatsinks and fans and clearing of dust and repasting the GPU and CPU at the same time.
If you haven't done that, the system will be thermal throttling which means any tests are invalid...
Have you serviced it since you’ve had it?
What are the temps under load on cpu and GPU?
If the PL values of the GPU are locked, that’s a known issue that a BIOS reflash would cure. If those screenshots are from tests after the BIOS reflash, then you need to contact PCS again, as either windows...
Just come across this, and it's so significant in the things that I find so enjoyable about collecting and playing records. Though you might find it interesting
I'm not really following what the issue is.
GPU should always be at 100% useage, that's normal, all the CPU does is unlock available performance on the gpu, for some games that means the CPU is hardly used, others it’s used a lot
But useage is irrelevant, it's performance, are you seeing...
Did you order with windows or install your own copy?
CPU won't bottleneck anything assuming the system is correctly configured.
You're gaming at 1440p so in most games the load is more shifted to the GPU except in CPU heavy games like simulators or RPGs
Games are mostly single threaded, very...
You said you were doing video editing?
Best practice for editing is:
Primary fast SSD drive for OS and programs
Second fast SSD for live project files
Basic SSD for cache drive (no matter how much RAM you have you'll be offloading to the cache)
HDD for long term storage...
So the case fans connect to a PWM hub, that they fits onto one Motherboard Fan header.
I'm wondering if that's come adrift when removing the foam packaging.
Just trace that PWM hub back to the motherboard. It should be connected to one of the CH_Fan headers.
I’m not sure I follow on the monitor side of things, surely your monitor hasn’t failed also?
Is it the gaming side or the sitting side that you need a monitor for?
Im not really getting what’s going on here, if its for professional use surely you have insurance to cover it, I don’t understand...
This is what I'd be suggesting though, it's going to limit you, nothing you can do about that, it's essentially a 2 year old PC.
4090's sold out a long time ago, so 4080 Super is the best you can get currently.
Unfortunately you've missed pre-christmas delivery

Because you're not eligible for any support without it as outlined. Sellers are aware of this, if they refuse to hand over ownership I would cancel the sale as the system will never run properly without the required master driver and other things.
