In July the screen has been replaced and a couple of months ago the battery died.
I have been notice performances issues in game, low FPS.
A friend of mine who has a less powerful laptop than mine made me notice that the FPS where very low considering the specs.
After a first talk the technical support, I have made a fresh installation of Win11 and reflashed the BIOS, all latest drivers. Actually the performances are a little bit better but still low.
I ran some benchmark test on 3D mark (see attached) and compared to others online are very low. I have set in the Control Center the Turbo Mode and checked that the Win power mode is on Best Performances. I have also played in the Control Center with the settings creating some custom modes and actually it improves a little bit (little bit of 1000 score in 3D Mark) but we are still very far from the the result that I should get. By the way any advice about hoe to set the custom mode parameters of the Control Center?
I have been told that the GPU clock Frequency does not go up, the temperatures are low.
Is it possible that the dead battery inside the laptop might cause the problem? So that the system does not give enough power? I am thinking to remove it.
Any other test I can make? I will not be in UK until February unfortunately I would like to exclude that there is something I can do by myself whithout sending to the assistence.
Thank you.
