Just left a remote session with PC Specialist. Touch-pad is not the same model so there is no option to control that. Also, the gaming centre suddenly not working properly is a software issue, despite the only problem being controlling an hardware part (led stripe). Also, totally not a problem...

I see nothing of the sort. And honestly, this is just a continuation of pattern that doesn't really make PC Specialist good publicity. What's the point of sending a laptop out if you don't even install the driver properly? At this point it's been the video and trackpad drivers and who knows...

Just noticed now that before the repair I had the physical button to switch between 'office', 'game' and 'max fan' mode changing the led lights cycling through three modes. Now the light just stay always on and it just change between "max fan" and "not max fan". I'll check with PC specialist...
