ok thanks @Nursemorph , I'll stick with the H500, re. the cooler if the frostflow is going to be similar performance and noise i'll prob go for the frostflow. Reviews online for the Coolermaster suggest it can be quite noisy. Very tempted by the CORSAIR H100X /W QUIET FANS but quite expensive.
