budget gaming pc advice pls

Hi Peeps
Looking to help my brother get a budget gaming PC wanted to see what the suggestions were when on a budget (about £400).

looking to play WoW, Football manager and some CS GO.

Doesnt need a monitor or peripherals. will be 1080 monitor. Nor Windows.

Any suggestions?

Found this deal for £250, appreciate it won't have much longevity to it.

Was thinking a nvidia 1650 installed might make this viable?

Thanks Nurse, makes sense I’m running 8gb myself not had much problem but get your point. Bit out of his budget at the mo.

doing mine once new hardware comes soon, will be back asking for more advice.
