This seems to be a common theme with builds with Corsair. I also had to rewire all my fans and plug them in to the commander. I've no idea why they would leave commander sockets empty and use headers instead, makes absolutely no sense at all.
I suspect if you were to call them, they would sort it for you. I wanted 4 x 8gb 3600, but the configurator wouldn't let me. I just bought an additional 2 x 8gb later from the upgrade configurator.
Mine was exactly the same. I bought some Antec cable extensions and brought the cable in from the bottom. Being much less bulky, they fitted in the gap below my motherboard. Looks much better now.
Some monitors have over clocking built in to the on screen menu. My Asus Aq series over clocks from 144hz to 170hz. I can't pretend to know much about it, but I've left mine set at 160hz.
New ram arrived today. Not impressed with the packaging. Just loose inside a Jiffy bag, not even in an antistatic bag!
I'll give it a whirl later tonight and see if it's survived it's trip :p Also the sku number doesn't match what's already fitted :(
Not sure really. I think you need amoury crate and the rgb memory plugin installed to sort out your ram (unless it's faulty?) As far as your case fans go, maybe look in to if they can be plugged into the commander or direct to the motherboard headers. Failing that, maybe try some 3rd party...
I found this page helpful. It states the order to install everything in so that it doesn't conflict.

I can't get to my pc right now as my son is playing on it. If you have no joy though icue, try setting the effect on amoury crate. I always exit icue totally when using crate as they don't play well together. I don't have anything else on headers as you do, so I would struggle to help much on...
It was the h150 but they used the existing stock fans to blow through the rad. They used they fans that came with the cooler mounted on the roof and back as exhaust.
It's just strong double sided tape holding the commander on. I just about got away without having to move mine.
You will have to...
I saw quite a few people trying to find this monitor after it sold out everywhere in the black Friday sales, including myself.
I eventually ordered it direct from Asus. I was surprised to see my monitor actually shipped from a 3rd party supplier.
Anyway. It's in stock here if anyone is still...
