There's a few tweeks you will want to make to improve your performance. If you can post the config link found at the bottom of the page you copied those spec's from it will make it easier to advise.

Try downloading the more up to date driver from here. Some have had issues with Windows not downloading the correct driver
Given the games you are playing that build will be fine and provide you an upgrade path along the way.
