Fortunately, these last two storms stayed further south. Storm Arwen cut my power for 100 hours, Malik for 12 and 24 hours later Corrie for 19. We just got 4 - 6 inches of snow from Eunice. I have definitely had enough of 80 - 100 mph winds.
What is your budget? What will you use if for? What monitor will you be pairing this with (make and model or resolution and refresh rate). Please include the configuration link, so that changes can be suggested.
2 x 2TB Barracudas is what I went for in my build for slow storage. I only hear them if I am accessing files from them and they aren't particularly loud. I also have M.2 drives and a SATA SSD for faster storage
Obviously, if you transfer your Windows licence from an existing PC or laptop, you won’t be able to use that. If you can’t transfer Windows, you are as well adding Windows to the order. Be aware that cheap keys available online are not legal keys and can cause you all kinds of problems.
What games will you be playing? What monitor will you use with this (make and model or resolution and refresh rate)? What is your budget? This can be better balanced to give you more bang for your buck. Please provide the configuration link, so that changes can be suggested.

I have completed the NC500 route before it became well known and there was little traffic then. Fortunately, there are other areas up he that are not so well known, so it is still possible to escape the crowds.
I have used the ferries from Kyle and Mallaig and never thought them a problem (I was on foot). They did have the big advantage of limiting car access. The bridge is also ugly and looks out of place.
The NC500 was much better before it was publicised as such. There were few tourists then and almost no camper vans or caravans. Also, Skye was better before the bridge.
This is a rebalanced version of your build that would work with a 1440p monitor . I am assuming you will add the M.2 SSD from your laptop and you could save more money by transferring the Windows licence.

You are actually better off in deep water with a tsunami, as the wave amplitude is relatively low. The wavelength is very long and speed very high. Once they hit shallower water, the waves slow, wavelength decreases and wave height increases. This is where the damage occurs.
