Just for anyone that might be curious - I reseated the existing m.2 onto the motherboard (just like PCS support said to not bother doing) and am currently installing all the windows updates. This is the most stable windows session I have run yet, normally I have crashed to black screen already...

Absolutely. I can confirm, just as @MrWilson has experienced, that PCS customer care is absolutely second to none. Things happen! It's how companies react to the problem that makes or breaks it for me.

I'm not sure if it's different because I am installing windows from a USB, so it wouldn't know which drivers were required when I downloaded it. I'm sure it shouldn't be too bad. If I get stuck then I'm sure you guys will be able to help me out 🙏

@AgentCooper thought you might be interested to know that the AIO rad & fan pack has been mounted above the RGB RAM! I was expecting to see it front mounted but I'm happy to confirm that they had room for it up top (y)

Super excited as my new pc is here, however I have turned it on for the first time and I have nothing! It showed a PC specialist logo - so I know it is working, but after that I have nothing. Just a black screen. Any ideas? This is my first PC so I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

To be fair, I ordered on June 16th and then heard nothing for over four weeks barring an auto generated (and obviously pre-covid) email informing me my pc was likely to be dispatched after 16 working days. My build also contained out of stock parts, I knew about this when I ordered, and as such...

And a final update... 24 Working Days and now Dispatched. Expecting my new PC tomorrow. Excitement central over here!

My order went into building AT 22wd. I am now on 24wd and awaiting dispatch. It is possible that the lead time is getting shorter as a glut of cards came back into stock at the end of last week. Fingers crossed for you 🤞
