Have you downloaded HWMonitor? Its impossible to know from temps taken outside the case. Run an intensive game or even better a bench marking software like 3DMark. After a few min take a snapshot from HWMonitor and paste it on this thread and people will be able to tell you if your ok.

Please don't buy this computer without looking for further advice, it is not a balanced build and is likely to be thermally throttled by the case / cooler with that GPU. What programs (and any games) will you be using it for? What is your budget? What monitor will you be using?
