When should I be concerned about the heat my laptop is giving off? Now its peak summer and we're getting 35 degree weather my room is like an oven. It gets really warm in my room with no air flow despite all the windows being open. Because of this my laptop is sitting at 90-95 degrees when gaming, is this too hot and will it cause damage if I allow it to sit at such a temperature for a couple hours at a time?

Have you downloaded HWMonitor? Its impossible to know from temps taken outside the case.
Run an intensive game or even better a bench marking software like 3DMark. After a few min take a snapshot from HWMonitor and paste it on this thread and people will be able to tell you if your ok.

In fairness, almost regardless of what temps you're seeing, your laptop will throttle before it damages itself, I'm not going to suggest that its 'good' to run at high temps for prolonged periods, but in my opinion I doubt you're going to break anything. The device just won't work at its optimum.
Getting a cooling pad or lifting it off a surface so it can get better airflow into the laptop can certainly help keep things cooler but if the ambient temps are high everything's going to struggle.
This isn't to suggest either that following @ThoRob advice of monitoring the temps isn't a bad idea, it is most certainly a great idea.
