It came with windows. I tried disabling bullguard but without uninstalling it. I have changed the power settings to maximum performance. Everything is up to date, and I have no idea what I am looking at in the nvidia control panel. Issue persists. 10FPS.

I should add it also has Bullguard anti-virus installed. If that makes any difference. Any help would be appreciated.
