Hi, as its so hard to get a gpu atm my friend has this but its £910. I didnt want to pay more than max 800 but the way things are atm is it worth me buying it for that price or should i just wait?

Whats the difference on graphic card for example the build i need requires the 8gb nvidia geforce 3070. So why are some called EVGA and another asus, are they the same thing but different brand?
I want the pc to have lots of lights so it looks aesthetically pleasing how do i go about that do the parts have lights or do you have to buy lights for it ?

i wanted to be more near £1500 not £2000. Would that build be considered good or average ? as i have no ideas about pc stuff i am hesistant to just buy something without really knowing how good it is
