Hi, as its so hard to get a gpu atm my friend has this but its £910. I didnt want to pay more than max 800 but the way things are atm is it worth me buying it for that price or should i just wait?

Whats the difference on graphic card for example the build i need requires the 8gb nvidia geforce 3070. So why are some called EVGA and another asus, are they the same thing but different brand?
I want the pc to have lots of lights so it looks aesthetically pleasing how do i go about that do the parts have lights or do you have to buy lights for it ?

WIll a £2000 pc get the best out of this monitor?
i wanted to be more near £1500 not £2000. Would that build be considered good or average ? as i have no ideas about pc stuff i am hesistant to just buy something without really knowing how good it is
How well would you say this build would run warzone, and would you say its worth upgrading from the xbox series x considering it is a big price difference?
