Wraith Prism not detected in cm software

I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor with a Wraith Prism Cooler with a asus prime b450 plus motherboard. I downloaded the coolmaster software to change the colour of the RGB but it just says 'please plug in your device' when it is working fine. Is there any way i can fix this?

Others may have some suggestions but if you can't get it to work you need to go back to Curry's because that's where you bought it from.

It doesn't have RGB, it's just one colour LED's.
