Would you change these specs?

Hi, here is my current configuration. I'll be using it mainly for games, video conversion, multi-tasking and watching movies using a 24in 1900x1200 monitor. The price comes to £1395. For this amount of money do you think i could configure it more effectively? Or even do you think i could save money due to any potential overkill? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

for a start the motherboard is made for ati cards it will support the gfx card you selected but you wont be able to add a 2nd at a later date and do you really need the VELOCIRAPTOR its alot of money and personally i belive the cavier black is good enough.

are you overclocking? if not drop the k on the cpu and drop the ram to 1333.

Yes he is given he's selected a 'Overclocked Intel® Core™i5-2500k'

Its been configured in the overclocking section of the PCS website thats why it says 'Overclocked Intel® Core™i5-2500k' and not just the i5 2500k

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, i intended to have it overclocked by pcs. What mobo should i change it to?

Get rid of the velociraptor they are too expensive and i dont think the difference is that much, a caviar black will be fine, then you can get the p8z68 board along witha corsair psu and proper thermal paste, a better case would also be a good idea
