Hi all,
I was hoping to get some advice on the spec below for a new PC!
I intend to use it for work, gaming and possibly streaming and have a very basic understanding of PC components. (Please do not roast the spec. it's probably completely wrong ) The key thing I'm looking for is value for money performance without the additions of RGB or other non-performance related add-ons if possible.
In terms of monitors, I am looking to purchase a 240hz 1080p monitor in addition to the Mobiuz EX2510 I currently own (144hz), any recommendations would be really appreciated and I'm looking to run AAA games such as Battlefield and COD at 240hz at med-low settings. To my basic understanding, 1080p 240Hz is a good value for money sort of area in terms of monitors, 4k high refresh rate monitors are still quite expensive however maybe 1440p could be the way to go? Is there any reason to go higher than 240Hz?
In regards to using for work, I would mainly need this PC for 3D CAD software and rendering software such as Solidworks and KeyShot. I also use Adobe programmes mainly photoshop, illustrator and InDesign and also Premiere Pro.
For budget I would like to spend something in the range of £1500 - £2500, I hope this is realistic in terms of what I would like the PC to achieve. (Not including monitor)
Looking forward to hearing what you think, many thanks!
Kacper
