So, after checking all cables are fully inserted, disconnecting the drives and only one stick of RAM, still no beeps, no LEDS? Just a brief power up, fans spin, and then it shutsdown?

Done all those things, no beeps no LEDs powers up with fans spinning stays that way until turn off. One time before I done anything I just took out 1 stick of RAM and it started up beeped one time the completely shut down but that was only one time, all other times it starts with fans spinning no beeps no LEDs and no display
