If you complete the spec and then "post to forum" what's you've processed it, then we can see what's up.

No desktop will thermal throttle though if you've got good enough cooling. On the 9th Gen Intels I'd always recommend a minimum of a closed loop cooler, perhaps the H100x as a minimum.

If you post your full build and what you'll be using it for we can comment further. I notice there's 32Gb RAM, any reason for that?

Also the 32 GB ram is for gaming and gaming in the future so i don't have to upgrade

On that page you should have "post to forum" at the bottom, then you can copy and paste the text into the forum, it's not very easy to see what's ordered otherwise.

From first glance though you can do a lot better for less money, there's a lot of wastage in that build.

Wouldn't the 32 GB of overclocked ram be better spent on upgrading the processor if performance was the goal?

That's about £200 of ram, if you dropped that to 16GB the extra £100 could upgrade the 9700k to the 9900k.

Playstation 5 (although comparing apples to oranges) will have 20GB GDDR6 at 880GB/S and 4GB DDR4

Should give you a decent idea of the requirements to have functionally playable games for the next 5 or so years.

It won't thermal throttle.

It is a poor choice of components, badly balanced and a waste of money.

If you say what the budget is and what monitor exactly you are using, we might be able to help.
