It won’t enable within your current windows, you’d have to clean install as advised earlier. As in section 2.1 in the guide.

2.2 would be if you were just using it as a storage drive, but not relevant if you want it as the OS drive.

So if I clean install and then use my backup disk image will it work or will it just revert back to how it was?

That’s a good point, it would likely revert, apologies, I hadn’t considered that.

Did you have any data on the OS drive or was it just programs? If you did have data just copy it onto another drive and do a clean install, doesn’t take long.
