Wi-fi, Bluetooth issues

Hi

As you can see I am using WIRELESS INTEL® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 2,400Mbps/5GHz, 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD BT 5.0

I am moved my computer to the other room and I can't get a wi-fi range at all. I also have problem with Bluetooth. My Sony WH-1000XM3 and other headphones keep dropping signal all the time even when I am very close to the computer. I don't know if it's the computer case or the built in wireless. I might have to upgrade it.

Another question, is my sound card upgradable? I am using Sennheiser 660s connected straight to the back of the PC. Would your recommend to have a better sound card?

What are you using the soundcard for? Just for headphone use? If so, you don't need a soundcard, you need a headphone amp or a DAC/headphone amp combo.

Have you attached the antenna? You'll also need to uninstall bullguard, it's known to cause networking issues and general performance issues.
I haven't attached the antenna, I am using Kaspersky (I don't have bullguard on my system). I have ordered BrosTrend 1200Mbps Ethernet-2-WiFi Universal Wireless Adapter/WiFi Bridge for Printer, Smart TV, Blu-Ray Player, Game Console, PS4, Xbox arriving tomorrow. I am not sure if it will help. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0118SPFCK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I am still having problems with Bluetooth. All the headphones via Bluetooth are losing signal even in close proximity.

So you don’t have two antennae that look like these at the back of your system?

If not, you really need to locate them from your welcome pack box and get them attached. Without those the card is going to struggle to get any kind of range and reception.

Wow, I am going to have a look in the box. You have been extremely helpful. Indeed, I didn't have these antennae attached.

I've moved my PC back to my new office, connected everything incl. antennae and all works perfect. Internet speed is slightly down from 78mb/s to 50 mb/s but at least it works great! You saved me :)
