Who and HOW can I contact PCspecislist

New desktop PC did not work when delivered. Could not be sorted. Filled out RMA return. Was supposed to be picked up by FEDEX 31st between 0800 and 1800 but no I e came to get it. Now cannot get through to phone line, No one replying to my emails. Unable to get through to FEDEX. Can anyone suggest how I can contact them......
or can anyone on these forums help
Been very ‘understanding’ and patient but that is wearing very thin right now.

I didn't even know that PCS, used FedEx? I thought they used DPD?

They won't be back in until tomorrow 4th January, that's probably why you haven't been able to get hold of anyone since 31st.

I would phone them first thing tomorrow, or nearer 19:30pm if you're working, the phonelines should calm down later in the day.

Thanks for the replies. Definitely FEDEX for this pick up anyway. The pick up is in their system, but they don’t update the tracking til it’s actually picked up and still shows the original pick up date.

Our Call Centre was closed over the New Year but they are now re-opened.

For clarification currently FedEx handles our EU shipping at this time.
