Which motherboard?

Hi All,

Originally (after great advice from this forum) I placed an order for a new PC with the ASUS® TUF X570-PLUS GAMING WIFI as the motherboard.

PCS contacted me and said this motherboard was end of life and so out of stock.

What would be the next best recommended board for this build?
Should I wait two weeks for the ASUS® ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING board to be in stock and order a wifi card?
Happy to wait if this is the best board for my build.

Yes, and make the Wi-Fi card the AX200

lol the ETA for the ASUS® ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING board literally just went from end of Nov to end of Dec
That's a bit longer than I wanted to wait.

Thoughts on the STRIX B550-F GAMING board + the AX200?

you really want a 570 with the 5800

ah ok. How about the Gigabyte X570S AORUS PRO or the ELITE AX?

The STRIXX B550 will actually be fine with the 5800x. I know we generally recommend the X570 due to it's slightly better build quality of the TUF B550 but the STRIXX B550 is a different beast and suitable to the 5800x
