The 5700xt isn’t going to be able to push 4k 60hz, you’d need a 2080 Super for that. But there’s a lot that can be rebalanced to fit the higher card in that budget.

Yeah, with a 2080Super it will do the screen justice. You can drop the extra thermal paste because the cooler comes pre applied with better paste.
But otherwise it's sweet, will be a lovely rig.
