It seems you have been extremely unlucky Unweakened but it also seems that PCS staff, Gorman and Maestro in particular, are doing everything they can to help you but you're not really seeing that.
I'm assuming this is due to anger and frustration which isn't suprising really. I'd be most miffed too.
Courier companies (any courier conpany) are notorious for mishandling boxes and damaging items. But how else can PCS and other companies possibly deliver their goods without hiring dedicated drivers, which by the way cost a small fortune, and then having to pass this cost onto their customers who clearly wouldn't be happy with that.
I think Maestro has been more than fair and extremely patient spending so much of his free time attempting to help you. As others have said, I'd consider his offer of an attempt at fixing your rig and if that fails, wether due to do DHL or any other reason, then you get a full refund anyway and I believe he stated immediately so you wouldn't be waiting for your money. Can't say fairer than that.
