Are you using and do you need that THX audio software? There are a fair few output devices there as well, I'd be tempted to disable the ones you don't use...

If you're getting stuttering you really need to get back to basics as much as you can and eliminate things you can do without to ensure that none of them are the cause.

This kind of troubleshooting is either a process of elimination or you go right back to vanilla Windows and work up from there.
