Weird artifacting/bugs when using some specific apps.

So, this has been happening since day one on some very specific apps. Epic Games Store and Vortex, the mod manager. As well as some games if I don't move the camera for some time. It only happens sometimes during games, but is consistent on the Epic Games Store and Vortex.

Ryzen 7 4800H with Integrated AMD Graphics

Do those artefacts appear when playing games as well as viewing applications? Also, open the NVIDIA control panel and try using those applications with the NVIDIA GPU rather than the onboard graphics to isolate whether it's an issue with one of the 2 graphics.
