I think they're in process of migrating their tech support messaging to a new system, so yes the messages are not displayed, but they are received. I've had the same experience recently, but PCS did get the request and respond.Just a basic query. I sent a Tech Support message using the Website, however when I look at Sent Messages it shows no messages. This resulted me in sending again and with the same result had to email Tech support. Perhaps I have misunderstood this feature.
