want to buy my 1st custom pc

Hi all.

I love pc gaming but am not tec savvy when it comes to building PC's, so this site has filled in a nice niche.

Although a few, some people seem to be experiencing problems with their PCs.

I don't want to experience those problems, so how can i ensure that the pc that is delivered to me works?

Only a very small percentage of customers have an issue with their orders,and most of them are down to damage in transit or software,such as drivers or people who elect to install their own operating system then have issues.
PCS are an excellent and reputable company and have plenty of backup to prove it.

As PCS makes machines for so many people some are bound to have problems. As vanthus said, most problems stem from software issues or travel damage. Just so happens that the happy customers are usually the quiet ones Too busy enjoying their PCs I suppose.
I have had 3 builds and all have been perfect. All we can offer really is reassureance that they will do whatever they can should a problem occur with your machine.
No way really to make absolutely sure it will work no matter what as PCS treat all there builds with the same care and QA which is of a very high standard already as the testimonials vanthus posted show.

Thank you for the fast reply. I have been watching a lot of videos and reading reviews and most people are happy. I have also seen the sliver warranty which i will be adding to my purchases.

pc gaming

just note i always play on the lowest settings. and the game i want to play in the future (stat citizen) requires a direct x 11 graphic card.
and i want a small case for travel.


I curently have an acer predator g5900 (Nvidia GeForce GT 440 , i5-650, 4gb ram,) so is this is a huge improvement.
but is there anything i should add/remove?
