Above specs on my new laptop.

Had it less than 2 weeks, it shut down as I was playing a game and I was unable to turn it back on. Sent an email to tech support straight away and received an answer a week later.

I waited on the phone for over an hour on the Monday to ask someone about it, they suggested removing the battery (which was inbuilt) and holding the power button down. I followed their advice but no results. So I sent it back, 2 weeks later and it's still not been looked at. I don't even know what's going on with it.

After being on hold alot over the past few weeks I don't seem to be getting anywhere and I am not being given a straight answer on when it will be looked at even, just told to phone back in a couple of days.

I understand things are difficult in the current situation but its getting silly now. I spent alot of money on this laptop and other ones from PC specialist in the past but I have a feeling I will not be using this in the future.

@moosEh would probably be best placed to give more insight from a forum perspective. The communication channels are really struggling right now, as you have found, so it's definitely right to raise it :)

Sorry to hear about this, both production and RMAs are incredibly busy right now and we are trying our very best to get on top of the queue. Could I trouble you to PM me the order number and I will try and look into this for you
