Vortex 3 Keyboard fault? Please help!

Hi

I've had my laptop for just over a year now and I have just started to get this fault today. When I am typing I keep hearing the windows noise every few seconds when I am pressing any of the keys on my keyboard and it won't let me type. If I leave it a few more seconds and re click on what I was typing it's ok again for a few more seconds and then does it again :s Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated as you can imagine it makes typing pretty much impossible :(

If the problem just started today then what changed? Problems very rarely just happen on their own so it would help if you could backtrack and ask yourself what you were doing with it (or near it) before the problem happened.

I'm not trying to suggest it's your fault, but since it's just happened and the day is fresh in your mind it would be good to have a think about what you were doing.
