Hi hoping someone could help me please, Ive just got an PCSPECIALIST Icon 240 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 5, RTX 4060, 1 TB SSD, all is going well and shes a beast compared to what i was using but im having problems trying to turn on Virtualisation, google helped to a point, im not technically gifted enough to work it out. Ive tried going into bios but cant find where it should be, ive also turned it on and off in windows features and restarted about 235234211 times which hasnt changed a thing, in task manager performance cpu it shows virtualisation disabled no matter what i do. Im only trying to play fishdom and homescapes that kind of game, my big games run like a dream its just these silly little non brain using app games. I mean this isnt to say what i have been doing isnt what im meant to be doing so any help would be really appreciated, ty :)

Why do you think you need to turn it on? It shouldn't be required to play a game.

But for proper help, you'll have to post your full config from your account page...

Virtualisation is normally on by default on desktop mobo's anyway.

If you can also post a screenshot of the error as I've never known a game to require virtualisation.

Ah, so you're playing Android games through an emulator (Bluestacks or something)?

Instruction to post your spec were posted previously, but just for you here they are again...

Once we know the info (motherboard specifically), and that it's registered with PCS, I'm sure we can show you the relevant BIOS settings (which are also in the BIOS manual for your motherboard).

If you haven't already, you need to register the PC with PCS, just call them up and ask to register it, you just need proof of purchase, that will then give you access to an online account which includes all your specs.

If you did buy it through PCS, you need to log into your account and go to the order page, that will list all your specs, we need that list but leave out your windows key.

I can't find the A520M specific BIOS manual, but here's the generic Asus BIOS method...

1. Power on the system and press[delete] key to enter BIOS [Advanced Mode]

2. Select [Advanced] page and click [CPU Configuration] item
